Group Hypnotherapy sessions are a great way to introduce yourself to the benefits of hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and other mind-body techniques. You may find comfort in being around others who are making a decision to be successful, change a habit or reduce stress.

And, by taking advantage of group pricing you can save money, and benefit from positive suggestions and techniques for change.

You can bring friends for additional savings or even arrange a private group session for you and your friends (minimum 3 people for private group sessions). 


What is the difference between a Group and Private Sessions?

Group sessions are a general approach to change with inward focus and one-way communication. As you tune into the hypnotic patter of the hypnotherapist you are guided to imagine, sense and feel the benefits of imagery and positive messaging for change.  

RLDH groups are currently limited to 12 people.

In a private session is just that, private. At Rhonda L. Davis incorporates hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and other comprehensive techniques to create a completely tailored experience to help clients achieve their goals, change a habit or get through difficult health issues and procedures.

Group and private sessions include:

  • Learning the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy

  • Understanding medical hypnotherapy and the requirements

  • Practicing self-hypnosis

I will customize sessions for your business based on the needs of your employees, at any given time. These sessions can be designed to compliment other programs or policies the company may be introducing. Pairing hypnotherapy with these programs/policies will greatly enhance the acceptance and success of company programs by incorporating them with team building activities.

Sessions are designed by setting up main themes and determining the subthemes that the team goals. The first session will include an Introduction to Hypnotherapy, Dispelling the Myths & Misconceptions of Hypnosis, Self Hypnosis Training and then the actual group hypnotherapy session by topic.
